For returned items within the first 15 days of the delivery date, you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs plus 15 %. For returned items within 15 to 30 days from the delivery date you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs plus 25% restocking fee. It takes up to five business days from the time your product is received until the refund process is done. After 30 days, we do not accept any refunds except for the warranty period of each item (IF APPLICABLE). You must obtain a Reference Number (RRN) from our company before returning merchandise. If the inspection of the item reveals the item to be used, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping of the item back to the customer or a restocking fee of 50% will be applied in addition to any and all shipping charges associated with the product.

We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by the proof of purchase and all the original documentation and packaging. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, our company will reimburse your purchase price, less shipping and handling. Cost of replacement. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of an item exchanged plus the price difference. Please note that bumps and scratches will happen even if the product is only used one time.

Consequently, if the product shows the slightest sign of being used / worn / altered etc., we will not be able to accept the return or change. Manufacturer’s 12 Month Limited Warranty

This Andis product is warranted against defective material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. All implied warranties arising and by virtue of State law shall also be limited to one year.

Any Andis product determined to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced without cost to the consumer for parts and labor. BabylissPro will repair or replace (at the option of Babyliss) your unit free of charge for 24 months from the date of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship or materials.

  • Fill out and attach the Service Information Form (found at the end of this manual) to the Product.

  • Carefully package the product and send either mail or courier with shipping and insurance prepaid to the service center.

WARRANTY: U.S. and CANADA: 1 Year Limited Warranty Sunbeam Products, Inc. doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions or if in Canada, Sunbeam Corporation (Canada) Limited doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions (collectively “JCS”) warrants that for a period of one year from the date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. JCS, at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or re-manufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this product. Doing so will void this warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than JCS or an authorized JCS service center. Further, the warranty does not cover: Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.

What are the limits on JCS’s Liability?

JCS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express, implied or statutory warranty or condition.

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or condition of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty.

JCS disclaims all other warranties, conditions or representations, express, implied, statutory or otherwise.

JCS shall not be liable for any damages of any kind Resulting from the purchase, use or misuse of, or inability to use the product including incidental, special, consequential or similar damages or loss of profits, or for any breach of contract, fundamental or otherwise, or for any claim brought against purchaser by any other party.

12 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

JRL USA will repair or replace your unit (upon diagnosis of the defect) free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase if the appliance has a manufacture's defect. To obtain service under terms of the warranty, the defective unit must be returned to the JRL Service please email us info@jrlusa.com for return mailing address. Inside your package should be a copy of your sales receipt, a note which includes the defects of the unit and a check in the amount of $15.00 to cover shipping and handling. Should there be a malfunction on the manufacture's behalf within  the first 30 days of purchase, JRL will provide a call tag for the unit to be picked up for free charge. Once it is received, the replacement will be shipped. If the proof of purchase is not included with your defected item, the warranty will be voided.   

Any implied warranties, obligations, or liabilities, including but not limited to the implied-warranty of merchant-ability and fitness or a particular purpose, shall be limited in duration to the 12 month duration of this written, limited warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
