DELIVERY POLICY

All orders will be shipped by UPS ground service or by the USPS service.
International Shipping will be shipped via USPS International or UPS Worldwide.

Purchases of products through https://theezbargain.com/ are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to the customer upon the shipping carrier’s delivery to the customer’s provided ship-to address.

Please be sure to have a safe and secure area for deliveries to prevent package theft. Signature Confirmation and Package insurance is available at an additional cost. Please leave an order note if you require either of these services.

Shipping Protection Insurance is available to the Customer which covers against lost, damaged, or stolen packages. This option is preselected in the checkout page. (~1% of cart total, $0.98 for orders under $100 – Shipping Protection Insurance premiums for items over $100 may decrease or increase depending on seasonality, industry, or loss rate.) Click here for Route Shipping Protection Policies

The customer may decide to decline the Shipping Protection Insurance by unchecking the box (pressing remove). However, by unselecting the box, the Customer acknowledges that EZ Bargain is not responsible for stolen packages once the shipping carrier has marked the package delivered to the provided ship-to-address.

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders after being placed due to weight, distance, size, and/or items requiring ground shipment. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Military APO/FPO and Canada addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges. (Free Shipping may not apply).

Shipping method for Mats, Equipment and Furniture orders will be determined by item/order weight. Mats, Equipment and Furniture cannot be sent to a P.O.Box or using USPS. Mats, Equipment and Furniture cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Military APO/FPO and Canada at this time.

If your order is “returned to sender”, additional shipping charges will be required from the buyer to re-ship the package. Otherwise, the order will be refunded less the actual shipping cost whether free shipping or standard shipping was used (the cost may be more than the standard shipping depending on location and weight of the package).

If you can not locate your package or you receive a package with missing or incorrect items, Please contact us within 3 days of the delivery of the item.

 

International Shipping

International shipments will be shipped via DHL or UPS or USPS Priority Mail Int’l

We are currently adding new countries on a case-by-case basis. If your country does not appear on the shipping list, please email us for us to review the shipping costs.

Free shipping DOES NOT apply to international orders.

Buyers are responsible for any import fees, taxes, and/or customs fees for orders shipped outside of the United States.

Non-Payment of any import fees, taxes, and/or customs fees will result in the abandonment of the order package without refund.

Currently we do not ship aerosols and liquids INTERNATIONALLY. If your order consists of any of these items, we will contact you to cancel your order and to place a new order without these items, which may cause a delay in shipment.

Additional shipping charges may be required for heavier items or location after order is placed. If this is the case, we will contact you before the order is shipped.

Return shipping costs for any reason (including defects) will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Many factors affect the delivery time frame of your package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee arrival dates or be held responsible for delays caused by (but not limited to) the following: weather delays, UPS or USPS issues, or extended manufacturer back orders. We reserve the right to delay a package if we cannot verify correct information for shipping, billing, or other pertinent reasons. If your package is substantially delayed, you will be contacted for information. Packages are picked up daily by UPS / USPS, Monday – Friday (except holidays).

If the shipping address is an apartment/unit/business number, etc. The apartment/unit/business number AND apartment complex/business name is REQUIRED. This will avoid shipments being delayed or misplaced.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with a shipping quote. We ship all international orders through the U.S. Postal Service. This includes Mexico, Canada, etc. Once we receive an email or phone call from you authorizing the shipping costs, we will ship your package. We cannot estimate any charges your country custom may apply to you for Import taxes, fees, duties, etc. You should find out this information before ordering. ALL of the clippers we sell are designed for U.S. power outlets. We cannot ship ANY liquids or aerosol sprays.

ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT


Please unpack with care when you receive your package! The products we ship out are carefully tested and then inspected when packed. A stamp will show date and initials of person that inspected the items. Most claims for shortage arise from the fact articles are left in the boxes or thrown out with packing material. I DIDN’T RECEIVE THE ITEM (I WAS OUT OF TOWN, BUSY, REFUSED)


If the package is shipped via UPS, you can track the location of your package. When UPS is unable to deliver to your address, they will send you a postcard so that you can pick it up or request another delivery. However, if they are unable to deliver, they will then send it back to us.
If the package is shipped via USPS, the post office will notify you when your package has arrived. You may need to pick it up at the Post Office or the carrier may deliver it to your address. If they are unable to deliver to you, they should send the package back to us.

FINAL SALE POLICY


WE ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS, OR STORE CREDIT. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items approved for return. The EZ Bargain (https://theezbargain.com/) inspects all item(s) prior to shipping out orders. Fees may be increased if shipments are returned to us damaged or without original box.

IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED

Notify the delivery person of the damage and have him/she note the extent of visible damage & the probable concealed damage onto the freight bill before you sign. If you sign the delivery, contact the Delivery Company and inform them of the damage, to inform them of your interest in filling a damage claim, and request that the transport company inspects the merchandise. Make sure you file a claim for damages. (In most cases, you may receive a cash adjustment for costs, arrange for the transport company to cover repair costs, and/or merchandise reimbursement.) Keep ALL original packaging materials, as this will be needed until your claim is settled, or for the return of your order. All damage claims must be addressed to the transport company; https://theezbargain.com/ is not responsible for damages incurred during transport to delivery destination.

Damage claims pertaining to causes other than shipping will be reviewed and authorized for reimbursement at the discretion of our Claims Department. Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Packages take about 1 - 4 business days via USPS to the 48 US contiguous states. Other states and US territories may have slightly longer delivery times. During holidays or poor weather, packages may arrive within 4 - 7 business days.

Any one or more of a few possible factors may affect the delivery time of your package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee arrival dates or be held responsible for delays caused by (but not limited to) the weather or USPS issues. We ship packages on Monday - Saturday. USPS does not accept packages on Sunday and all observed holidays.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We pay shipping for all orders $99.00 and over.  We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  All orders under $99.00 will be charged a flat rate of $8.95.  Different shipping rates may apply to Hawaii and Alaska, and you will be notified of these rates before the order ships

We only ship to the 50 United States

Expedited shipping is available (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) for an additional charge at checkout.

UPS or USPS does not pickup on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, so orders placed on those days will ship the following business day.

Pickup: The option to pickup at our location is Passaic, NJ is also available, and payments can be made with cash or credit card.

In order to keep prices low, we reserve the right to ship packages in the most cost effective manor.  There are factors beyond our control that could delay your shipment once it leaves our warehouse, and we cannot guarantee arrival dates or be held responsible for weather delays, issues with UPS or USPS, etc.  You will be notified via email if your package is delayed for any reason.

LEAD TIMES

Orders placed before noon eastern time will ship in 1-2 business days.  Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will generally ship on Monday or Tuesday.  Some items like barber chairs and salon mats may ship directly from the manufacturer, and will incur additional lead times.  These items will be noted in the description portion of the item page.
 
Some manufacturers import items that occasionally have extended back orders that are beyond our control.  We cannot be held responsible for these backorders and our liability will be limited to issuing an immediate refund at your request for items that are delayed.  If we know an item will be delayed for more than one week, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait or prefer a refund.

SHIPPING EQUIPMENT



Due to a number of factors, including road weight limits, local regulations, and commercial truck restrictions, freight delivery to residential areas will incur additional charges. We recommend delivery to commercially zoned addresses whenever possible to save money. Delivery inside your business is not included but can be arranged for an additional charge.

We always request that the carrier calls you to arrange the delivery day and time, but a representative from our shipping team will reach out with tracking info once your order ships, and to make sure things go smoothly.

WHEN YOUR EQUIPMENT ARRIVES BE SURE TO:

Inspect order for damage. As soon as your shipment arrives, inspect it in its entirety for signs of damage. Do this before signing any delivery receipt. Take note of dings, dents, punctures or signs of tampering. Only accept the package and sign after you have carefully inspected its arrival condition.

Report damages. If you do find notable signs of damage, open the package while the driver is still there and check the item. If you do find damage, please give our shipping department a call immediately at 973-815-2000 before taking any action. Take photos of the damage and make sure to note any viable damage on the delivery receipt. Due to carrier policies, be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment to notify of any other damage unnoticed at the time of delivery. If we are not notified within the 24hr window, we are unable to guarantee a resolution for any damaged items and may not be held responsible for replacement of damaged items.

Compare delivery receipts. Compare the number of boxes in your delivery with the number of boxes on your delivery receipt. The number of boxes should always match the delivery receipt. If there is a discrepancy, please make sure to notate on the delivery paperwork.  If you do not inspect your delivery upon arrival, EBS will not be able to cover costs of damages.

Sign and approve. Once you are completely satisfied that your delivery is correct and in perfect condition, sign the receipt of delivery. Once again, if part of your order is incorrect or damaged, contact our customer service or shipping team immediately upon delivery.

Open package and check contents. If your delivery packaging appeared to be in good order and you signed the delivery receipt, open the packaging and inspect its content. Contact us within 48 hours with any issues. Keep all packaging materials for the first 30 days or until you are 100% sure that you are satisfied with everything in your order.
